Detailing Policy
Appointment Requirement Due to increased demand for detailing services, Main Street Shine now requires all clients - new and returning - to pay a deposit to secure an appointment. We value your time and ours, so please review the policies below carefully before booking. Deposit Policy A $22.00 deposit is required for all detailing appointments. The deposit breakdown: Deposit of $20.00 be applied toward the total cost of your service and is not an additional charge. Service fee of $2.00 - non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, you may do so; however, a new $22.00 deposit will be required to book a new appointment. Cancellation Policy We understand that some things are beyond our control, life happens. Our goal is to provide top quality and professional services to all who request our assistance. However, 48 hours of notice will be required to cancel your detailing service to avoid loss of deposit. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable, unless the owner approves an exception due to circumstances such as severe weather, equipment issues, or staffing limitations. Late Fee Arriving past your scheduled start time will result in a $30.00 late fee. No shows Policy If you fail to show up for your appointment or do not provide the vehicle keys, your deposit will be forfeited. Weather and Operational Conditions If operations are impacted by circumstances beyond our control, no additional fees will be charged. We will contact you to reschedule your appointment at no extra cost. Thank You.
